What you will learn:
During 2 open water dives you will learn how to:
- Determine the exact weight you need, so that you are not too light or too heavy
- Trim your weight system and scuba gear so that you are perfectly balanced in the water
- Streamline to save energy, use air more efficiently and move more smoothly through the water
- Hover effortlessly
The first dive of this PADI Specialty Diver course may credit as an Adventure Dive toward your Advanced Open Water Diver certification – ask your instructor about earning credit.

Pre-requisites:
- PADI Open Water Diver
- 10 years old
- Be in good physical health (guests wishing to participate in a PADI dive course must be fit for diving according to the RSTC PADI Medical statement)
