What are Deep Blue doing to protect you?

Deep Blue staff have undergone internationally recognised training to attain accreditation with local and international agencies 

We have procedures in place that have been approved by Tourism Fiji and the Ministry of Commerce Trade Tourism & Transport and we are a CFC approved company

What does this mean?

Check in procedure to include the following steps (for guests and staff)

• Health check list.
• Temperature check.
• Scanning of QR Code through use of the Care Fiji Tracing App.
• Hand Sanitiser to be used before boarding and at regular intervals.
• Face masks to be worn at all times when on board our vessels.
• All our staff will undergo regular training to ensure everyone is working to the latest guidelines.
• Any staff/guests suspected of Covid-19 will be refused travel on our vessels and returned to their home/hotel.
• Social distancing of at least 2m to be maintained in the dive shop / check in area and wherever possible on our vessels or excursions.
• Hand sanitiser will be placed on all counters and vessels and must be used by all persons either at the counter or boarding our vessels.
• Our vessels will be sanitised using an approved spray and handrails wiped after every use.
• All dive shop surfaces to be disinfected at a minimum of twice daily, more if heavy use.
• Dive and snorkel equipment will be sanitised following the current DAN and PADI guidelines.
• A trained and appointed wellness ambassador will be available for any questions or any arising issues during your time with us.

What will we ask from you?

Be patient during check in and boarding.
Follow instruction from staff.
Comply with guidelines above.
Be honest if you are feeling unwell.
