The PADI Advanced Freediver Course is designed to refine and improve your Freediving skills.
Whether your goal is to explore new techniques, to increase your breath-hold time or to head deeper, this course will help you progress with your skills to achieve your goals. Course content:
Theory:
You will complete the PADI Advanced Freediver section in the eLearing that you received during your PADI Freediver, then complete a quick review of knowledge with your instructor.
Dry Session:
During this session we will review some stretching and breathing techniques
Confined Water:
In the pool we will go through the steps to achieve the static goal of 2 mins 20 sec and dynamic of 50 mts, along with some rescue revision and other training techniques.
Open Water:
During 2 Open Water sessions we will be working at refining skills to achieve the constant weight depth goal of 20 mts and rescue from 10 mts. We will also take a look at some free immersion other training methods.
Fun time:
Head to the reef and take a look at what Fiji has to offer, using the skills you have learnt to get down and experience the amazing underwater world.
Duration: 3 Days
Cost: $875 FJD / COUPLES SPECIAL $1,550 (prices valid until 31.03.24)
Includes all equipment (although having your own is beneficial), PADI Certification Fees and taxes.
